Description

  • Own assigned workstreams end-to-end within larger client engagements.
  • Build and ship production-quality solutions in client codebases and environments.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Translate ambiguous client problems into scoped, deliverable work.
  • Surface risks and blockers early and escalate issues when they exceed your scope.
  • Document and hand off working software or automations that can operate independently after delivery.
  • Contribute at least one reusable artifact or pattern back to the practice before each engagement closes.
  • Support production-grade engagements involving agents, data products, AI-augmented operations, and workforce transformation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of software engineering, technical delivery, or business systems experience.
  • Ability to self-direct on assigned scope with limited oversight.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of: LLM application development, cloud-native development, backend engineering, or business automation tooling.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to start delivering before all requirements are defined.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs such as Claude, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development, AWS, containerization, or backend systems (preferred).
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and turning ambiguous problems into working proof-of-concepts (preferred).
  • Background in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or professional services environment (preferred).
  • Deep fluency in at least one business function such as Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing (for operational roles, preferred).
  • Experience with Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, or similar business automation tools (for operational roles, preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, D365, Workday, or ServiceNow (for operational roles, preferred).
  • No visa sponsorship is available now or in the future.
