Description

Own and optimize a major product area such as Events, Economy, or Systems with attention to design, quality, and performance.
Translate game-wide goals into actionable plans and deliverables within your area of ownership.
Partner with Design, Engineering, and LiveOps to build and launch features that deliver measurable results.
Analyze performance data, define A/B tests, and iterate on product changes with Analytics.
Act as the primary stakeholder for your feature or system in team planning and coordination.
Report roadmap progress, feature health, and key learnings to product leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate with LiveOps, Marketing, UA, Finance, and Support as needed to support execution.
Mentor junior PMs or Associate PMs by sharing domain knowledge and best practices.
Communicate progress, performance, and insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in live service or mobile free-to-play games.
Proven success owning and delivering impactful features or systems within a larger product ecosystem.
Ability to work independently while aligning with broader team strategy and goals.
Experience using data and experimentation to drive product improvements.
Strong communication skills with experience aligning cross-discipline teams.
Deep empathy for players and a passion for creating engaging experiences.
Comfort managing trade-offs and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with LiveOps, game economy design, or monetization systems is preferred.
Exposure to managing complex systems at scale in mature products is preferred.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred.
