Description

  • Articulate the value of the Tanium platform to Federal Civilian accounts, including Treasury, Federal Financials, Transportation, and Independents.
  • Nurture and develop relationships within assigned territory and accounts, including presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Work with Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts across the assigned federal territory.
  • Generate sales development activity to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain strong SFDC hygiene.
  • Conduct webinars and in-person presentations to generate qualified leads.
  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise software sales experience, including generating and closing large, complex software transactions with the Federal Civilian Government.
  • Proven success selling within Federal Civilian agencies, especially Treasury, Federal Financials, Transportation, and Independents.
  • Strong team mentality and ability to manage and use virtual resources through complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience calling on and presenting to C-suite contacts.
  • Background leveraging an existing network of partners, including FSIs, VARs, and distributors.
  • Ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities within an assigned territory or accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Candidates must be based in the DC Metro area.
