Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts across Europe, from prospecting and outreach through pitch, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies as the primary contact for ad monetization solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing networks, industry events, and proactive account targeting.
  • Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials aligned to client goals and Xsolla's product offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner success teams to deliver campaigns and meet performance targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide client reporting and insights, and recommend optimizations to improve results and retention.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and account records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent Xsolla at gaming and ad tech conferences and trade events across Europe.
  • Provide market intelligence on advertiser trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in European gaming markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a full sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising models including CPI, CPA, and CPM.
  • Experience in the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and standard sales tooling.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian are strongly preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain, and eligible to work in the EU without sponsorship.
  • Experience with offerwall, rewarded video, or user acquisition advertising products is preferred.
  • Established network within the European games industry, including publishers, studios, or agencies, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, ROAS, and D7/D30 retention is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
