Description

  • Close consistent six-figure cloud deals while building a pipeline of high-velocity and strategic opportunities.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles by aligning technical champions and executive stakeholders.
  • Own a territory by generating pipeline, progressing opportunities, and closing short-term cloud monthly contracts while developing longer-term enterprise business.
  • Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and cloud-native architecture to drive adoption across digitally native organizations.
  • Use a consultative, solution-led sales approach to articulate business impact, performance gains, and cost efficiencies.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of ClickHouse Cloud for real-time analytics, observability, and AI workloads.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce, including accurate forecasting, qualification, and deal hygiene.
  • Deliver reliable monthly forecasts with accountability and precision.
  • Engage with local developer communities, attend meetups, and help build market presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in open source software business models preferred.
  • Strong background in cloud and infrastructure software required.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources, from dedicated teams to executive staff.
  • Experience aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Professional fluency in Swedish or Danish, written and spoken, required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast-moving environments (preferred).
  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization (preferred).
  • Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers (preferred).
