Description

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract high-paying clients across multiple industries.
  • Build and scale enterprise-grade outbound messaging channels with strong inbox deliverability to reach technical executives and decision-makers.
  • Track pipeline data and campaign performance to improve conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and overall revenue growth.
  • Partner with technical delivery teams and project managers to turn client successes into case studies, white papers, and data-backed pitches.
  • Own key growth metrics including SQLs, CPA, pipeline velocity, and closed-won pipeline value.
  • Develop high-conversion outbound strategy, copy, and messaging architecture for cold outreach campaigns.
  • Support web asset and paid acquisition execution by guiding the current marketer with data and campaign direction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
  • Proven experience building campaigns that contributed to six- or seven-figure enterprise service retainers.
  • Strong ability to write compelling, sophisticated copy for executive-level inbox outreach.
  • Experience using statistical testing, deliverability metrics, and conversion data to manage campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and own both strategy and execution without a large team.
  • Experience translating raw analytics into repeatable revenue growth.
  • Preferred: experience with identity enrichment and contact intelligence platforms.
  • Preferred: ability to collaborate closely with CEOs, strategy teams, PMs, and technical delivery teams.
