Description

  • Own Robyn’s social media and growth function end to end.
  • Develop and execute growth strategy across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Decide what content to post, where to post it, and how to position it for the target audience.
  • Run experiments to identify the messaging, channels, and tactics that convert best.
  • Explore influencer outreach and other distribution tactics to expand reach.
  • Build a repeatable content and growth flywheel rather than simply scheduling posts.
  • Focus on conversions and revenue impact instead of vanity metrics alone.
  • Work independently to lead strategy and execution with a founder-style mindset.

Requirements

  • Strong social media and growth strategy experience.
  • Ability to own strategy independently.
  • Hungry, proactive, founder-style mentality.
  • Experience with Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ability to test paid amplification after organic traction is proven (preferred).
  • Experience with creative or growth experimentation in early-stage startups (preferred).
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to overlap with Pacific time until at least 1 PM PT.
  • English proficiency rating required in CEFR format.
  • Resume must follow Coconut VA Profile Template and be submitted in English.
  • A 1-minute introduction video link is required with the application.
