Description

  • Partner with the CTO to define and execute the technology strategy.
  • Lead and scale an engineering organization of 300+ professionals, including 15 direct reports.
  • Optimize engineering processes while balancing delivery speed and solution quality.
  • Drive adoption of software architecture best practices and engineering excellence.
  • Oversee platform reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and technical risk assessment.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor engineering leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including roles such as Software Engineer and Architect.
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles such as VP of Engineering, Head of Development, CTO, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with microservices architectures and high-load systems.
  • Strong track record of building, scaling, and leading engineering organizations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and product teams.
  • Solid understanding of security, performance, and reliability principles in distributed systems.
  • Hands-on software development background.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Experience in SaaS companies operating high-load or real-time products is preferred.
  • Experience designing architecture from scratch or leading large-scale architectural transformations is preferred.
  • Experience with B2B products in fintech, gametech, or adtech is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps/SRE practices is preferred.
