Description

Partner with the CTO to define and execute the technology strategy.
Lead and scale an engineering organization of 300+ professionals, including 15 direct reports.
Optimize engineering processes while balancing delivery speed and solution quality.
Drive adoption of software architecture best practices and engineering excellence.
Oversee platform reliability, security, and scalability.
Contribute to product roadmap planning and technical risk assessment.
Recruit, develop, and mentor engineering leaders.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT, including roles such as Software Engineer and Architect.
At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership roles such as VP of Engineering, Head of Development, CTO, or equivalent.
Proven experience with microservices architectures and high-load systems.
Strong track record of building, scaling, and leading engineering organizations.
Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and product teams.
Solid understanding of security, performance, and reliability principles in distributed systems.
Hands-on software development background.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Experience in SaaS companies operating high-load or real-time products is preferred.
Experience designing architecture from scratch or leading large-scale architectural transformations is preferred.
Experience with B2B products in fintech, gametech, or adtech is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps/SRE practices is preferred.
