Description

  • Own both international portfolios from technology strategy through delivery, production support, and financial performance.
  • Appoint, develop, and hold portfolio leaders accountable for technical and commercial outcomes.
  • Define coordination and ownership models across APAC and European operations.
  • Lead the international support organization and establish global coverage across time zones.
  • Design operating cadences, decision rights, asynchronous communication, and follow-the-sun handoffs.
  • Maintain an in-person leadership and relationship-building strategy across APAC and Europe.
  • Enable regional leaders to manage local regulatory, customer, competitive, and go-to-market requirements.
  • Partner with software delivery, architecture, innovation, and emerging technology executives on technology alignment.
  • Ensure systems support high availability and millions of backend transactions per day while maintaining consistent enterprise standards.
  • Report portfolio health, P&L performance, and regional risks to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technology or product leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years owning an international or multi-region business with direct P&L accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and businesses across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Direct experience with pricing, cost management, and investment trade-off decisions.
  • Working knowledge of government procurement, data privacy, and automated enforcement or tolling regulations across APAC, Europe, and the UK.
  • Experience in automated enforcement, tolling, violations processing, or other government-facing, transaction-heavy technology businesses preferred.
  • Track record of developing and holding local leaders accountable.
  • Hands-on software development background and fluency in modern architecture patterns.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly and extensively across APAC and Europe.
