Description

  • Own operational stability for assigned providers, including incident management, escalations, and SLA control.
  • Maintain provider documentation, commercial terms, integration statuses, and related materials.
  • Support internal teams with provider consultations, issue resolution, and case analysis.
  • Coordinate regular sync meetings with providers and track action points, agreements, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure provider assets such as demos, game descriptions, releases, and promotional materials are current and available.
  • Coordinate provider promotional campaigns with Marketing and Account Management teams.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for assigned providers.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand provider distribution and revenue across the operator network.
  • Negotiate improved commercial conditions, exclusive deals, and other strategic opportunities with providers.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and build long-term strategic relationships through ongoing communication and meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development, including 2+ years in iGaming.
  • Solid understanding of the provider, aggregator, and operator ecosystem.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships, cross-functional teams, and commercial negotiations.
  • Knowledge of casino content, promotions, and key metrics such as GGR/NGR, rev share, and integrations.
  • English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools; AI tool experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence using spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
