Description

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with Account Executives to acquire new business and expand existing partnerships.
  • Develop and refine the sales process for partnering with grocers across the DoorDash Drive and Marketplace product suites.
  • Create and execute sales strategies for engaging mid-market retailers, with a focus on apparel, footwear, and accessories.
  • Manage top-of-funnel pipeline stages and keep deal activity organized across the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to draft compelling proposals for prospective partners.
  • Partner with operational teams to document learnings from sales processes and improve the product and team playbook.
  • Drive the adoption and scaling of new business opportunities.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle with the goal of closing new deals.
  • Support existing retail partners with growth initiatives and performance goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development.
  • Experience independently owning sales conversations and maintaining a pipeline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in sales, with a strong drive to build pipelines and develop new business.
  • Curiosity for the retail industry and comfort working with decision makers at multiple levels.
  • Ability to meet daily, weekly, monthly goals and quarterly quotas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans.

  • Base salary range of $71,400 to $105,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings range of $102,000 to $150,000 USD including commissions.
