Description

  • Collect feedback from Sales and Partner teams to define strategic projects and process improvements for partner engagement.
  • Run enhancement projects and new builds, including comprehensive UAT, to support successful launch and adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support operational programs aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide scalable day-to-day operational support for the Partner organization.
  • Serve as a support resource for both external partners and internal Wiz teams on partner-related topics.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce for all partner programs and processes.
  • Own and administer the Wiz Partner Portal platform, including enhancements.
  • Measure results and drive accountability for partner operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience supporting partner operations activities, ideally in SaaS and/or enterprise-focused organizations.
  • Experience implementing programs and processes that scale.
  • Willingness to adapt responsibilities as the organization grows and routes to market expand.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects and flows.
  • Experience with Looker is a plus.
  • Administrative experience owning and operating Impartner.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across functions.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
