Description

  • Build the affiliate department from scratch, including team structure, processes, and strategy.
  • Hire, manage, and support Affiliate Managers.
  • Identify, attract, and onboard affiliates and webmasters.
  • Develop and scale the partner network across multiple GEOs, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and traffic conditions with partners.
  • Resolve partner conflicts related to traffic quality, payments, and disputes.
  • Create internal processes and communication frameworks for affiliate operations.
  • Analyze traffic performance and optimize funnels, including conversion rate, deposits, and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and other internal teams on GEO testing, scaling, tracking, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Head of Affiliate or Team Lead.
  • Proven experience building affiliate programs or teams.
  • Strong experience in international partner acquisition.
  • Experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
  • MUST: experience in media buying.
  • Strong understanding of traffic sources, including SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Russian fluency and English at A2–B1 level or higher.
  • Strong operational, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong understanding of traffic and product performance.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch, identify performance issues, and work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Understanding of tracking systems and integrations.
  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels.
  • Nice to have: existing affiliate network.
  • Nice to have: experience in multi-GEO scaling.
  • Nice to have: experience launching new iGaming products.
