Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across BIM, construction technology, MEP, and fire protection sectors.
  • Build strategic partnerships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track conversion progress.
  • Conduct online and onsite meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, and accurate CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development and/or sales.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, BIM, construction technology, engineering software, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based B2B sales.
  • Experience handling medium-to-long sales cycles and enterprise/professional clients.
  • Understanding of BIM workflows, construction technology, MEP, or fire protection industries is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit or other BIM-related tools is preferred.
  • Strong CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and a consultative selling mindset.
  • Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
