Description

  • Hire, coach, and lead a Sales Engineering team to achieve assigned goals.
  • Manage individual and team performance and take action to maintain strong results.
  • Advise on major enterprise accounts and support strategic customer conversations.
  • Improve sales methodology and technical sales processes.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and audiences.
  • Assess training gaps and create programs to improve the team’s sales, product, and technology skills.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors on account planning, strategy, and sales call activity.
  • Provide input to field sales, product management, and marketing.
  • Manage relationships with internal product teams and external decision makers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing other Sales Engineers in a Team Lead or Player-Coach capacity.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and how they operate.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and key identity principles, or direct experience in Identity Security.
  • Understanding of or experience with AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Identity Security market, including solutions, market dynamics, and best practices preferred.
