Description

  • Build and execute a high-growth territory strategy across multiple states.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build pipelines.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to broaden market awareness and support product launch efforts.
  • Collaborate with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams to support the patient journey.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, titration partners, healthcare providers, hospitals, and accounts.
  • Develop scalable solutions through customer engagement to meet customer needs and drive therapy adoption.
  • Develop and manage strategic territory plans to grow business and build long-term partnerships.
  • Own territory business planning and forecasting using physician and DME targets.
  • Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans for leadership review.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, market analysis, competitor research, and CRM administration.
  • Coordinate, plan, and participate in customer education events.
  • Achieve territory sales goals in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience in B2B sales.
  • Medical device industry experience or knowledge is preferred.
  • Previous startup experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience bringing new products to market.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong communication skills, including product and media presentations and virtual sales calls.
  • Proven multi-year sales track record.
  • Self-starter with a results-focused, accountable approach to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.
  • High integrity, professionalism, ethical conduct, and a genuine passion for positive patient outcomes.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000 per year.
  • Commission of $120,000.
  • On-target earnings of $210,000 at plan.
