Description

  • Partner with sales leadership to research, identify, and track new data center opportunities.
  • Support client meetings, proposal interviews, and site tours as a preconstruction and technical resource.
  • Manage pipeline updates and CRM records to track pursuits and client relationships.
  • Build relationships with consultants, trade partners, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing conceptual and detailed budgets for data center projects ranging from 10MW to 500MW+.
  • Prepare proposal materials, narratives, and technical responses for client pursuits.
  • Coordinate industry event participation, marketing content, and pursuit strategies.
  • Lead internal coordination for project development and RFP responses, managing schedules, deliverables, and inputs from estimating, operations, safety, and design teams.
  • Participate in estimate reviews, value analysis, and constructability assessments during early design phases.
  • Support procurement, trade partner engagement, scope review, and qualification review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in construction, preconstruction, estimating, project coordination, or business development support.
  • Data center, mission critical, or general construction background preferred.
  • Experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, or client pursuits is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proposal management tools preferred.
