Description

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the SVP, Revenue, SVP, Marketing, and Chief Legal & Partnerships Officer.
  • Manage complex calendars across EST, CT, and PT time zones, resolving competing priorities with sound judgment.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, adapting plans quickly when schedules change.
  • Prepare materials and logistics for executive meetings, QBRs, board meetings, customer-facing events, and GTM offsites.
  • Coordinate cross-functional logistics for GTM initiatives such as sales kickoffs, marketing events, and executive briefings.
  • Maintain and organize GTM tools and systems, including Salesforce, Gong, and ClientSuccess, to support executive visibility.
  • Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for supported executives accurately and on time.
  • Own event logistics execution, including venue coordination, vendor management, attendee logistics, and on-site operations.
  • Use AI tools in daily workflows to improve efficiency and streamline repeatable processes.
  • Provide additional project support during peak periods or company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in the tech industry, ideally across both enterprise and startup environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-timezone travel schedules and pivoting quickly when plans change.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional executive presence.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and stay composed under shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including accounts, opportunities, and activity data.
  • Working knowledge of Gong for call review, customer meeting prep, and pipeline tracking.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for drafting, synthesis, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to build simple, repeatable AI-assisted processes, not just use AI on a task-by-task basis.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Notion, or similar productivity and contract management tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing or revenue leaders in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred.
  • Event planning and execution experience for executive or GTM events is preferred.
  • Experience with procurement and vendor management in an office setting is preferred.
