Description

  • Own the day-to-day execution of paid media, SEO/AEO, and nurture programs that move prospects and customers through the funnel.
  • Execute paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, and content syndication campaigns in support of pipeline targets.
  • Implement SEO and AEO tactics in partnership with the SVP of Marketing and the Content team.
  • Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages, forms, and calls to action.
  • Track and report on lead-to-pipeline conversion, including MQL-to-SQL rates and channel performance.
  • Build and manage nurture sequences, lead scoring logic, and lifecycle email programs in the marketing automation platform.
  • Support customer growth through automated adoption sequences, expansion triggers, and engagement programs.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Revenue Marketing on lifecycle and expansion execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations on Salesforce/HubSpot reporting, attribution, data hygiene, lead management, and routing.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with marketing operations to identify issues and keep programs running cleanly.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience owning paid media execution across search, social, and display.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience building or maintaining nurture and lifecycle programs.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action over analysis.
  • Experience with intent signal platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is a plus.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building programs without extensive existing infrastructure.
  • Willingness to participate in a multi-step interview process, including talent team, hiring manager, team, and final SVP Marketing interviews.
