Description

  • Define and lead the growth strategy across performance marketing and lifecycle to support the long-term health and integrity of the Feeld experience.
  • Own the performance marketing ecosystem end to end, including channel strategy, account structure, budget allocation, and scaling frameworks.
  • Build and run a rigorous experimentation roadmap across channels, creative, messaging, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Audit existing channels to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities, and test and scale new channels.
  • Design integrated lifecycle and performance systems that connect acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Partner with Product to drive product-led growth through onboarding, engagement loops, and core member experiences.
  • Develop referral and network-effects programs that compound growth through user advocacy and community dynamics.
  • Establish measurement frameworks that balance incrementality, LTV, payback, network health, and brand strength.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team across performance, lifecycle, and analytics.
  • Champion the brand within growth so acquisition and lifecycle efforts reinforce the member experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth leadership, with a proven track record scaling consumer businesses across performance marketing and lifecycle.
  • Deep experience in DTC and/or subscription models, with strong understanding of LTV, retention dynamics, and unit economics.
  • Marketplace or social experience is a significant plus.
  • Ability to move fluently between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and bias toward action in fast-moving environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure, clarity, and momentum in evolving problem spaces.
  • Strong expertise in attribution and incrementality, with a nuanced understanding of measurement limitations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills across marketing, product, and data.
  • Ability to advocate for both growth and brand integrity while aligning teams.
  • Experience building or leading teams spanning growth, lifecycle, performance, and analytics is implied by the role.
