Description

  • Identify and evaluate partners that align with Sweet Security’s strategic vision and customer needs across cloud, security, and technology ecosystems.
  • Lead relationships with key cloud and technology partners.
  • Drive joint product initiatives, integrations, and partner solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align partnership efforts with the product roadmap.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through growth and optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Stay informed on market trends, the cloud security landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Translate partnership goals into product requirements and guide integrations from scoping through launch and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product partnerships or strategic partnerships in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience working on joint product strategies, integrations, and partner-led go-to-market motions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to drive business impact such as revenue, pipeline, or adoption through partnerships.
  • Experience managing partner performance and optimizing based on data.
