Description

  • Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, teachers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Travel within Oklahoma to deliver professional development, meet with leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Work with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot districts and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to increase engagement and usage of IXL.
  • Analyze district data and use insights to guide decision-making and next steps.
  • Monitor implementation progress with district and school leaders and adjust plans as needed.
  • Share field insights with internal teams to help improve products and services.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Either experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to those audiences.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative, and engaging communication style.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Self-starter with a quick learning ability and a passion for improving education through technology.
