Description

  • Lead day-to-day execution of ANet’s demand generation engine and own campaign delivery across channels.
  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, retargeting, organic nurture) to generate qualified inbound leads and coordinate cross-stakeholder execution.
  • Grow and engage ANet’s email list through segmentation, content activation, and landing page optimization.
  • Partner with content, insights, and events teams to bring assets (white papers, webinars, guides, Compass materials) to market in ways that drive conversations and pilots.
  • Design and maintain automated nurture journeys and follow-up paths that move leads toward MQL and SQL stages, including retargeting high-intent visitors.
  • Manage marketing operations in HubSpot (workflows, routing logic, campaign setup) and ensure clean lead handoffs to Sales and Sales Ops.
  • Build and maintain funnel dashboards, track campaign performance, and inform weekly pipeline reviews with insights.
  • Run structured experiments across messaging, creative, channels, and segments to improve conversion rates and document scalable, repeatable plays.
  • Partner closely with Sales to design simple lead progression paths, monitor lead quality, and refine targeting, messaging, and follow-up based on data and field feedback.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign-based marketing roles with end-to-end program ownership.
  • Proven ability to design and run coordinated demand efforts across multiple channels (email, content, events, paid, and/or outbound) that generate engagement and drive pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, with HubSpot strongly preferred (campaign setup, segmentation, workflows, basic reporting).
  • Strong analytical and data orientation with experience using dashboards and performance data to identify signals and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to connect day-to-day work to broader goals and explain decisions succinctly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, coordinate across stakeholders, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle stage management, and account-based tactics (preferred).
  • Experience in K–12 education, edtech, or selling to district/system leaders and familiarity with paid media/digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting) (preferred).
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis and willingness to disclose any outside consulting or contracting that may pose a conflict of interest.
  • Occasional travel (1–2 times per year).

  • Salary range $80,376–$120,564 (new hires start between $80,376–$100,470); ANet does not negotiate pay.
