Description

  • Manage 20-30 partner relationships and build a sales pipeline to exceed sales goals.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with partners to establish strategic alignment and drive growth.
  • Align partner priorities, strategies, and goals with HubSpot’s to build mutually beneficial action plans.
  • Work with program, marketing, and sales teams to execute partner programs, events, sales engagement, playbooks, and collateral.
  • Develop and drive business and technical enablement plans with partners to support implementation and operations of HubSpot products.
  • Promote top partners to HubSpot customers and sellers.
  • Drive promotions, contests, and incentives as appropriate.
  • Gather, organize, and report partner feedback to improve the customer and partner experience.
  • Act as the partner evangelist within the HubSpot sales organization.
  • Work with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy around product enhancements and new releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, partner channel development, business development, or alliance management in the technology industry.
  • 3+ years of experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
  • Experience in the software (SaaS) industry and a deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market models is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify areas in partner development strategy that need strengthening, including models, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to identify required resources, gather requirements, and deliver results across ongoing or time-bound work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously, and pivot quickly to changing business needs.
  • Ability to take ambiguous problems, make sense of them, and propose a path forward.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and alignment with HubSpot’s mission of helping organizations grow better.
