Description

  • Define the overarching strategy for Stripe’s golf and global football partnership platforms.
  • Translate partnership rights into unique brand activations, integrated campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Lead senior-level management of key external partner relationships, including clubs and tour organizations.
  • Shape rights development, commercial negotiations, renewals, and long-term value creation with legal and finance partners.
  • Establish an operating model across Brand, Comms, Field Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that amplify partnership assets across paid, social, and owned channels.
  • Ensure partnerships support awareness, demand generation, pipeline impact, and sales goals.
  • Partner with research and finance teams to build measurement frameworks for brand health and downstream outcomes.
  • Develop scalable playbooks to localize and execute campaigns across regions and markets.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve for ambiguity in a fast-growing global environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of brand partnership or sponsorship marketing experience.
  • Experience managing high-visibility global sponsorships and significant budgets.
  • Proven success leading senior external relationships and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills for complex campaigns and partnership deals.
  • Experience at a high-growth tech company, with FinTech or SaaS preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate campaign performance across marketing and sales KPIs.
  • Experience developing global campaigns and playbooks for international localization and execution.
  • Ability to work across senior stakeholders in sales, marketing, product, and other functions.
  • Strong understanding of modern storytelling and content trends.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
