Description

  • Manage ISOs as the primary focus of the role.
  • Drive distribution of Square’s products through the Global Reseller Community.
  • Lead deal execution from target identification through partnership launch.
  • Develop business cases, structure deals, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
  • Partner with internal teams including Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Legal.
  • Own the business results of partnership initiatives.
  • Build and execute Square’s partnership strategy with reseller partners.
  • Represent the team in a highly visible role with regular exposure to company leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience signing, launching, and growing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs.
  • Track record of driving measurable new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the global reseller landscape, market dynamics, and key issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate return on investment for partner initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional, global initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in fintech or payments industry (preferred).
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).
