Description

  • Own the architecture and optimization of HubSpot, Chargebee, and the broader revenue technology stack.
  • Build automated workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Partnerships.
  • Deploy AI tools and knowledge systems to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
  • Own new-hire onboarding, ramp-time measurement, enablement, and productivity initiatives.
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and improve pipeline and retention outcomes.
  • Build executive dashboards, forecasting models, predictive analytics, and automated reporting.
  • Define data governance standards to improve CRM hygiene, billing accuracy, reporting, and system interoperability.
  • Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a RevOps team of two direct reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional and executive teams on PLG motions, monetization, upgrade paths, and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or Revenue Enablement.
  • Experience leading teams or major strategic RevOps initiatives.
  • Deep expertise configuring and managing HubSpot.
  • Experience with Chargebee or similar billing and subscription management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience implementing automation and AI-powered knowledge or enablement systems.
  • Experience owning or influencing new-hire ramp time and onboarding outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including raw-data querying, forecasting models, and executive dashboards.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, consolidate, or replace GTM and business software platforms.
  • Experience with revenue recognition, PLG, SaaS scaling, multi-segment GTM, marketing attribution, or demand-generation technology preferred.
