Description

  • Own the global Revenue Onboarding strategy, operating model, and learning journey for new revenue hires.
  • Partner with regional enablement leads, revenue leaders, SMEs, and managers across EMEA and APAC to coordinate onboarding execution.
  • Build and maintain the onboarding curriculum, action maps, and learning pathways across LMS, knowledge base, and drive-based materials.
  • Manage recurring cohort operations, including kickoff and wrap-up calls, live scheduling, enrollment, calendar logistics, and graduation milestones.
  • Lead and co-facilitate live onboarding sessions covering role clarity, customer value, platform fundamentals, discovery, demos, RFPs, and competitive positioning.
  • Create train-the-trainer facilitator guides, mock-prep materials, and scenario-based coaching resources to scale delivery.
  • Equip frontline managers with checklists, 1:1 guidance, and feedback protocols to reinforce onboarding concepts and support ramp.
  • Continuously incorporate platform updates, RevOps changes, product releases, and strategic initiatives into the onboarding program.
  • Track cohort progress, completion metrics, and readiness indicators, and use feedback loops to improve the program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue/Sales Onboarding, ideally in AdTech, MarTech, Media, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building and scaling global, cohort-based onboarding programs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
  • Experience using AI tools for workflows, content creation, and process optimization.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales methodology such as Challenger or Sandler.
  • Experience with Gong conversational intelligence and modern enablement tools such as LearnUpon, HighSpot, and Guru.
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform.
  • Highly organized program management skills with the ability to manage multi-week schedules and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Strong content creation skills for workshop decks, job aids, scenario exercises, and facilitator guides.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across executive leadership, managers, and SMEs.
  • Authoring tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, and text-to-speech tools are a bonus.

  • Ontario base salary band of $98,823 to $117,000 CAD.
