Description

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for Life360 Ads products, from pre-launch readiness through field adoption.
  • Build launch plans and calendars, and coordinate go/no-go readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
  • Create clear product narratives, seller training, and launch tools that help new offerings succeed in market.
  • Partner with Product and Sales leadership to bring advertiser and seller feedback into roadmap discussions.
  • Use competitive analysis and vertical market trends to influence product prioritization and direction.
  • Translate product capabilities into verticalized, outcomes-oriented solutions for industries such as retail, QSR, auto, and CPG.
  • Develop solutions tied to advertiser outcomes such as store visits, purchase lift, and household reach.
  • Define sales enablement needs and build collateral, packaging, and training that sellers actually use.
  • Measure what is working in the field and refine GTM and sales support accordingly.
  • Develop joint business plans or strategic partnership frameworks with major advertisers or agencies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Significant leadership experience in product marketing, solutions, go-to-market, or ad product strategy at a scaled ads platform.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional work across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
  • Experience building verticalized ad solutions or outcomes-based products from the ground up.
  • Strong product sensibility and commercial acumen.
  • Track record of influencing product roadmap direction.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategy and sales solutions from scratch.
  • People leadership experience, including building and developing teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for technical and commercial audiences.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with incomplete information.
  • Experience developing joint business plans or strategic partnership frameworks with major advertisers or agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
