Description

  • Serve as the primary enablement business partner for the Global Partnerships Team and align enablement plans to regional revenue goals and pipeline needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain partner-specific enablement content, including e-learning courses, playbooks, and sales toolkits.
  • Lead virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for sales reps, solution engineers, and other go-to-market teams.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Sales Enablement, and other cross-functional teams to translate the partner narrative into the broader Twilio go-to-market motion.
  • Track, analyze, and report on enablement metrics such as course completion, partner certification rates, and time-to-first-deal.
  • Define learning objectives and connect enablement outcomes to partner performance and deal velocity.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute an enablement roadmap tied to global partnership growth initiatives.
  • Embed a unified “better together” partner narrative across internal and external enablement materials.
  • Align field assets and co-author content with peer enablement members and partner leadership.
  • Own and lead the partner-specific content track for the 2027 Sales Kickoff.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner/Channel Enablement, or Instructional Design within SaaS, Cloud, or CPaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner personas such as SI, ISV, and Reseller, and how to motivate a non-employee sales force.
  • Experience building modern learning curricula using tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear sales value propositions.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with VP-level executives and cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities.
  • Prior experience at a developer-focused or API-first company is preferred.
  • Certifications in instructional design, such as ATD, or sales methodologies, such as Challenger Sales, Force Management, or Command of the Message, are preferred.
  • Remote role with approximately 25% travel required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the role’s approved hiring locations; the role is not eligible in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.
