Description

  • Collaborate with EMEA GTM leadership and sales teams to identify enablement needs and define success metrics.
  • Design and deliver Sales New Hire Training for EMEA to accelerate ramp-up to productivity.
  • Engage senior leadership on strategic initiatives and build a training schedule aligned to regional priorities.
  • Develop, build, and implement ongoing enablement programs for GTM roles in partnership with EMEA Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leadership.
  • Work with the Global Enablement team to create and deliver experiential learning initiatives that drive behavior change and improve performance.
  • Create and deliver training content for Sales, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success roles in partnership with the technical enablement team.
  • Establish training objectives and performance benchmarks and provide regular updates to regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering sales enablement content within the SaaS technology industry.
  • Experience training and coaching sales account executives and managers.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating and delivering value selling and sales process or methodology training.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Certification in value selling methodologies such as Challenger, Command of the Message, or MEDDPICC (preferred).
  • Experience analyzing business needs and demonstrating value to customers (preferred).
  • Project or program management experience (preferred).
  • Ability to establish learning and performance metrics such as new hire productivity and ROI (preferred).
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as needed (preferred).
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
