Description

  • Attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets for the North West region.
  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close enterprise client accounts to achieve regional bookings goals.
  • Manage prospective customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies to build opportunities to 4x bookings goals or more.
  • Gather account intelligence and build account plans for Top 25 and Top 100 focused accounts.
  • Work with focus partners to cultivate prospect and customer accounts and support field events and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver strong customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting to ensure pipeline and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash process and ensure bookings are complete and accurate.
  • Report customer feedback and competitive intelligence to internal teams and support product development with market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based or subscription-based solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS solutions, and/or security infrastructure products.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot, Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ChatGPT or other AI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel on short notice.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, Zero Trust, or Cloud Security, preferred.
  • Successful selling experience with Threat Intelligence solutions, preferred.
  • Successful selling experience to Fortune 500 accounts in the region, preferred.
  • Must be located in the North West region.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $127,000–$165,000.
  • On-target earnings of $254,000–$330,000 including commission.
