Description

  • Attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets for the Bay Area region.
  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new enterprise client accounts.
  • Manage prospective customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies to exceed bookings goals.
  • Build account plans and gather account intelligence for top focused accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support customer experience and deal execution.
  • Work with focus partners and regional/national partners to cultivate prospect and customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
  • Ensure bookings are clean and complete to support quote-to-cash requirements.
  • Provide customer feedback and competitive insights to internal teams to inform product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription-based products to enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS solutions, and/or security infrastructure products.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel on short notice.
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce.com or HubSpot, Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools like ChatGPT is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity categories such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security is preferred.
  • Successful selling experience with Threat Intelligence solutions is preferred.
  • Successful selling experience to Fortune 500 accounts in the region is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $127,000 to $165,000.
  • On-target earnings of $254,000 to $330,000, including variable commission.
