Description

  • Build and execute the consultant relations strategy to drive Spring Health awareness and advocacy across the employer and health plan benefits space.
  • Lead and develop a team of 7 Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers through clear feedback, coaching, and guidance.
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted strategies and partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with leaders across top-tier consulting firms to educate the market.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to execute consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on shared goals.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and consultant perspectives to inform product and growth roadmaps.
  • Translate company strategy into clear goals, success criteria, and operating plans for the Alliances team.
  • Manage team capacity and remove obstacles to support sustainable high performance.
  • Create a team environment of psychological safety and trust that encourages candid discussion and learning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams focused on large or jumbo employer clients.
  • Deep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firms.
  • Experience navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a strong bias toward action.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to practice candor with care in high-stakes negotiations.
  • Strong analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities.
  • Authentic alignment with Spring Health’s mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, typically 4 to 6 times per quarter.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and sales leadership (preferred).
  • Background in consultant relations, strategic alliances, or enterprise partnerships (preferred).

  • Target salary range of $225,000 to $257,500.
