Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the systems that connect them.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to reduce manual work for Sales.
  • Instrument the top of funnel to track performance, identify what is working, and optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly, serving as the team’s resident expert on emerging options.
  • Support Sales with the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.
  • Work closely behind the scenes to ensure prospects receive the right message at the right time.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical focus.
  • Direct experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and measure key metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Track record of shipping quickly, keeping solutions simple, and working independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links are requested when applying.
