Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument and analyze the top-of-funnel to optimize meetings booked, pipeline created, and overall outbound performance.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tools to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and operationalize new AI and GTM tooling as the team's resident expert.
  • Support the Sales team with the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.
  • Work closely behind the scenes to ensure prospects receive the right message at the right time.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship quickly, keep systems simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas (nice to have).
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion (nice to have).
