Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and automated follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument and analyze top-of-funnel performance to optimize meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and similar tools to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and help implement new AI and GTM tools as the team's resident expert.
  • Work closely with Sales by providing the tooling and data needed to support closing activity.
  • Maintain a simple, fast-moving infrastructure layer that supports a high-ownership outbound motion.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Strong funnel orientation with a habit of measuring pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep solutions simple, and work with a high degree of ownership.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
