Description

  • Lead, coach, and scale a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives with clear execution metrics.
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and pipeline governance in Salesforce and Clari.
  • Guide reps through enterprise deal strategy, procurement navigation, competitive positioning, and closing.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Engineering Managers to align pre-sales support with high-value opportunities.
  • Analyze regional data to design optimized account coverage and manage rep capacity.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor on critical regional transactions and high-stakes commercial relationships.
  • Drive field execution discipline, data hygiene, and consultative discovery across the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Renewals, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to improve outcomes.
  • Support technical win validation and commercial alignment from PoC through close.
  • Build a scalable regional sales bench and improve forecast accuracy and deal velocity.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or managing enterprise sales teams in a first-line sales leadership role.
  • Ability to drive net-new ARR growth and manage quota-carrying sales performance.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills with Salesforce and Clari.
  • Experience coaching complex enterprise deals, procurement, and competitive sales situations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Renewals, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
  • Data-driven approach to territory planning, account patch design, and capacity modeling.
  • Experience selling into large enterprise or Fortune 100 accounts (preferred).
  • Strong executive presence and ability to sponsor critical customer relationships (preferred).
  • Familiarity with software supply chain security, open source, or developer tools (preferred).
