Description

  • Prospect into assigned enterprise accounts and secure meaningful conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and present a comprehensive sales strategy for the allocated territory within the first 90 days.
  • Build a target prospect list and regional sales plan for the assigned market.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and communicate the value of the full SnapLogic product suite to decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across strategic accounts, from technical contributors to C-level executives.
  • Grow and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, creativity, and persistent execution.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Create satisfied, referenceable customers through disciplined account management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling solutions into IT technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Experience selling both SaaS and on-premise solutions is required.
  • Previous sales methodology training is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS integration or applications is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing sales cycles from business/IT champions to C-level executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is strongly preferred.
