Description

  • Conduct repricing and member experience analyses using prospect data.
  • Compose pricing offers that large employers can understand and find compelling.
  • Generate pricing and related responses for submission in RFP platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales to refine pricing offers for prospect needs and winning outcomes.
  • Create client-ready spreadsheets and presentations for enterprise clients.
  • Assess risks associated with different pricing and RFP response strategies.
  • Partner with Legal to align pricing strategy with contracting strategy.
  • Support legal and contractual negotiations related to pricing and reconciliation terms.
  • Work closely with Strategy, Partnerships, Supply Chain, and Revenue teams on pricing efforts.
  • Translate complex pricing and contract issues into persuasive internal and external communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience working with pharmacy benefits RFPs, contracts, AWP discount pricing, and rebate guarantees.
  • Experience working with historical claims data to assess and manage risk through repricing and trend analyses.
  • Experience leading conversations with employers, brokers, and pharmacy benefits consultants.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Box, Google Suite, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional, quantifiable business impact.
  • Experience in a highly strategic, analytical, and operational role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Low ego and ability to work well with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to use data to make decisions and present findings to external stakeholders.
