Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of programs, processes, frameworks, and products to streamline Revenue Operations and improve GTM execution.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, pipeline reporting, and KPI tracking to translate insights into revenue growth strategies.
  • Drive the deal review process to ensure alignment with guidelines and deal standards.
  • Facilitate contract execution and full contract lifecycle management in collaboration with Sales, Legal, Implementations, and Account Management.
  • Coordinate concurrent projects, maintain clear communication, and produce comprehensive documentation to support execution and alignment.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that optimize the sales engine.
  • Maintain pacing and sales forecast reporting, including regular reviews and revenue gap closure planning.
  • Perform bottom-up revenue planning by client and product or revenue stream in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert on internal sales tools and processes.
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on revenue-related systems and processes.
  • Collaborate on sales quota, territory, and compensation plan design and administration.
  • Develop sales and churn forecasting approaches using leading and lagging indicators and front-line input.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical issues and drive issue resolution across sales team initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment where employees can contribute their best work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations with 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Startup experience in a fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Expertise in Salesforce with a deep understanding of its functionality and best practices.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience is demonstrated.
  • Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting revenue KPIs and QBRs to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven impact across multiple go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and marketing.
