Description

  • Drive adoption and reinforcement of Smartsheet's value selling methodology across the field.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, certifications, and coaching content that turn methodology into measurable behavior change.
  • Lead virtual and in-person enablement sessions for Account Executives and new hires globally.
  • Use AI tools to scale personalized learning, content generation, coaching simulations, and performance reinforcement.
  • Track adoption and performance metrics from Salesforce and other sources to identify gaps and optimize enablement impact.
  • Diagnose seller challenges in discovery, objection handling, multi-threading, and business impact quantification, then build targeted interventions.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Business Development to align enablement with revenue priorities.
  • Build and maintain the SVS playbook and enablement library, including templates, battle cards, call prep guides, certification checklists, and self-service resources.
  • Maintain program infrastructure, documentation, version control, and reinforcement workflows so programs run on schedule.
  • Translate business goals into field-ready programs and surface adoption barriers to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or direct sales, ideally supporting enterprise and/or commercial B2B teams.
  • Deep understanding of value selling or consultative methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven facilitation skills with experience delivering training to sales audiences in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strong process discipline with the ability to build scalable systems, maintain documentation rigor, and prioritize effectively.
  • Data fluency with experience pulling adoption metrics from Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and translating findings into recommendations.
  • Comfort using AI tools and a bias toward experimentation based on impact rather than novelty.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Bias toward action and iteration, with a willingness to launch version one, measure results, and refine quickly.
