Description

  • Lead the global Field Readiness strategy aligned to GTM priorities and business outcomes.
  • Manage, develop, and inspire a global team of Enablement Business Partners.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product leadership.
  • Translate field feedback and market realities into actionable enablement priorities and programs.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify enablement gaps and performance opportunities.
  • Own Command of the Message adoption, proficiency, certification, and accountability across the field.
  • Partner with RevOps to embed Command of the Message into Salesforce workflows, deal reviews, and reporting.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs, content, coaching, peer learning, reinforcement plans, and communications.
  • Manage scaled GTM initiatives such as new product launches, methodology rollouts, process changes, and tool adoption.
  • Own onboarding curriculum for new GTM hires across segments and regions, especially in Enterprise.
  • Define success metrics for enablement programs and report results to leadership.
  • Use data to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve enablement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing global enablement strategies, programs, and content.
  • Deep knowledge of Command of the Message or an equivalent value-based selling methodology.
  • Ability to coach and certify sellers, managers, and leaders on methodology.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a high-performing enablement team.
  • Strong ability to influence and align senior GTM leaders around enablement priorities and outcomes.
  • Comfort with Salesforce reporting, pipeline data, and cross-functional partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Experience with modern enablement tools such as LMS platforms like MindTickle or equivalent, conversation intelligence tools, CRM, and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global programs simultaneously.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS companies; martech or digital analytics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to global locations as required.
  • Demonstrable experience deploying AI programs.
  • Sales, Sales Management, or Product Marketing background is preferred.
  • 3+ years of people management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC qualification methodology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Clari, Salesforce, and AI-assisted GTM tools such as Dust or copilot tools is preferred.
  • Progressive approach to learning materials and thought leadership in AI for scale is preferred.
