Description

  • Drive revenue growth by selling SmartRent’s hardware and software solutions to enterprise clients in the assigned territory.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing ARR within current customer relationships.
  • Prospect and acquire new business and new logos through a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and committee-based buying decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buying committees and senior decision-makers to support client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer operations, pain points, and solution needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and other internal stakeholders to develop business plans and close deals faster.
  • Partner with technical teams on workflow analysis, integration discussions, and solution fit for customer environments.
  • Develop deep expertise in SmartRent’s solutions as well as smart home and property management technology.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to increase engagement and awareness of products and features.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise B2B complex SaaS sales with a land-and-expand motion.
  • Proven ability to close complex SaaS or hardware contracts exceeding $100K.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and committee-based decisions.
  • Ability to develop relationships quickly with C-suite, executive, and VP-level leaders.
  • Experience presenting to and negotiating with C-suite, executive, and VP-level stakeholders at enterprise companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and attentive to documentation.
  • Ability to work as a team player and self-starter in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel out of state for industry events and client meetings as needed.
  • Experience in or selling to the multifamily residential housing industry (preferred).
  • SaaS and hardware sales experience, including IoT, smart home, access control, or Wi-Fi solutions (preferred).
  • Training in Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, or other consultative selling methodologies (preferred).

  • Salary of $120,000 annually with potential OTE of $240,000 to $300,000 per year.
