Description

  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions for customers.
  • Guide clients through product usage and workflows.
  • Help customers become confident, independent users of the platform.
  • Lead live sessions, workshops, or presentations with clients.
  • Explain processes, tools, and platform features clearly to U.S.-based clients.
  • Support customer education through structured group delivery and video-based sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to improve the client training experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer education sessions.
  • Experience leading live sessions, workshops, or presentations rather than only supporting training.
  • Strong ability to explain processes, tools, or platforms clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills for U.S.-based clients.
  • English level C1 or C2 required.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup.
  • Experience onboarding customers or users onto a tool, platform, or structured process is especially valued.
  • Background in Customer Success, Onboarding, Product Training, Enablement, Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Teaching is preferred.
  • Experience delivering sessions via Zoom or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM or software tools is a plus.
