Description

  • Develop and execute regional growth plans with SI, VAR, MSP, and telco partners to meet partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Identify and activate new channel partners in target verticals such as financial services, healthcare, and telco.
  • Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement to position voice compliance solutions and drive co-selling.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, technical pre-sales, and support teams to support partner success across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build partner pipeline through joint business planning, campaigns, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and forecasts, and deliver quarterly business reviews and growth plans.
  • Manage channel conflict and complex multi-country or multi-partner deals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and provide feedback to product and marketing teams on partner needs and market trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management in SaaS, unified communications, compliance, or enterprise software.
  • Proven success exceeding revenue targets through partner-led sales in regulated or B2B enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with voice compliance, call recording, archiving, or cloud communications ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics in Southern Africa, including telcos, ISPs, and MSPs.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can lead initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Excellent communication, partner engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, PRM platforms, and CRM/reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel regionally დაახლოებით 20–30%.
