Description

  • Appoint distributors and maintain strong channel partner coverage across regions in India.
  • Manage the channel’s pricing, discounting, and stock levels effectively.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual cash-in targets.
  • Monitor distributor sell-out and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and support decisions.
  • Organize and follow up on distributor training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Develop and evaluate partner business plans to align with company objectives and growth targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a channel manager or distribution manager in the electronic security or a related industry.
  • Strong focus on achieving sales targets across both sell-in and sell-out channels.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and capturing sales opportunities.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
