Description

  • Set the vision and multi-year strategy for the Consultant Relations function and lead execution against annual priorities.
  • Lead and develop the Consultant Relations team to build strong relationships across the consulting ecosystem.
  • Define and execute a consultant engagement model that scales education, insights sharing, and joint go-to-market planning.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key benefits consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Drive market education and strengthen consultant preference for Included Health’s products and services.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to ensure consistent messaging and relationship coverage across regions and touchpoints.
  • Translate consultant and broker feedback into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with analytics, product, marketing, and GTM operations teams to inform strategy, materials, reporting, and roadmap decisions.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and annual engagement cycles with consulting firms and internal GTM stakeholders.
  • Negotiate agreements with consulting firms that support preference, revenue growth, and long-term partnership value.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong national relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and specialty practice teams at major consulting firms.
  • Deep understanding of market expectations in the product categories the company competes in.
  • Experience managing relationships through multi-year contract cycles.
  • Experience leading meetings and developing content for broad circulation.
  • Experience with complex negotiations for long-term relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of building productive relationships within the healthcare consulting community.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Remote onboarding and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

  • Base salary target of $203,330 - $280,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
