Description

  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts for SkyCell’s IoT and software solutions across the EMEA airline and cargo ecosystem.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop and execute account-based strategies to identify new opportunities and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to shape solutions, grow the pipeline, and share customer insights.
  • Represent SkyCell at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences as a credible partner.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage forecasting and pipeline discipline.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT functions to build trust and advance deals.
  • Work independently while aligning with internal teams on strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology sales.
  • Proven success in consultative or value-based selling across complex, end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Experience in the air cargo, airline, or supply-chain industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, and IT functions.
  • Demonstrated self-starter mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, set priorities, and execute independently.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working effectively with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
  • Ability to relocate to one of the listed locations without sponsorship, if not already located there.
