Description

  • Assess technology needs across all business units and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build implementation plans to introduce new technologies or reconfigure existing ones in line with change management policies.
  • Design and implement solutions in Azure and other cloud platforms to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for issues unresolved by 1st and 2nd tier IT support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and device issues for end-user computing environments.
  • Provide support for Windows desktops and laptops, MacBooks, printers, peripherals, and networking infrastructure.
  • Implement automation to reduce manual dependencies across IT functions.
  • Work closely with the Security team to implement required security measures and controls.
  • Track incidents in Jira, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, notification, and follow-up.
  • Participate in after-hours, weekend, and on-call support for maintenance, incidents, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years implementing and administering Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise environment.
  • 2+ years experience with Azure or equivalent cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
  • 2+ years designing and implementing end-user computing solutions in a cloud-first environment.
  • 2+ years designing and implementing MDM solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Mosyle, JAMF, or AirWatch.
  • Experience writing, executing, and automating scripts in at least one language such as PowerShell, Go, Python, or Bash.
  • Knowledge of source control in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with Azure Automation Accounts, Function Apps, and Storage Accounts.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and common HTTP verbs, including GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.
  • Knowledge or experience with SSO and SCIM provisioning for third-party applications.
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, including compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, AAD Join, and Autopilot.
  • Advanced Windows and MacOS troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of deployment, security, and patching best practices.
  • Experience packaging and deploying software via Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience automating Windows driver installation using manufacturer-supplied packages.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid peer-to-peer training and leadership skills.
  • Experience supporting a remote-first, cloud-first end-user computing environment (preferred).
  • Azure AZ-900 certification (preferred).
  • Experience creating custom PowerApps (preferred).
  • Fundamental knowledge of AI workflows and technologies (preferred).
