Description

  • Assess technology needs across all business units.
  • Build implementation plans for new technologies and reconfigure existing technologies under change management policies.
  • Document, notify, escalate, track, and follow up on incidents.
  • Design and implement solutions in Azure and other cloud platforms to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for issues unresolved by 1st and 2nd tier IT support.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for end-user computing in a remote-first, cloud-first environment.
  • Partner with the Security team to implement required security measures and controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows desktops, laptops, MacBooks, printers, peripherals, and networking devices.
  • Implement automation to reduce manual dependencies across IT functions.
  • Track all incidents in Jira and support regular process communication across the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years implementing and administering Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure or equivalent cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
  • 2+ years designing and implementing end-user computing solutions in a cloud-first environment.
  • 2+ years designing and implementing MDM solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Mosyle, JAMF, or AirWatch.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, including compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, AAD Join, and Autopilot.
  • Experience writing, executing, and automating with at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Go, Python, or Bash.
  • Knowledge of source control in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful endpoints, and HTTP verbs including GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.
  • Experience with Azure Automation Accounts, Function App, and Storage Accounts.
  • Knowledge or experience implementing SSO and SCIM provisioning for third-party applications.
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Advanced Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills.
  • Deep understanding of Windows and macOS best practices for deployment, security, and patching.
  • Experience packaging and deploying software through Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience automating Windows driver installation using manufacturer-supplied packages.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid peer-to-peer training and leadership skills.
  • Experience with creating custom PowerApps (nice to have).
  • Azure AZ-900 certification (nice to have).
  • Fundamental knowledge of AI workflows and technologies (nice to have).
